Refund policy

As a customer, you can return purchased products within 14 days of delivery. If you return the entire order, you'll get a full refund with shipping costs remaining at your expense. 

Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund. If an item has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn in any way (other than being measured), the amount is non-refundable. Please also note that any labels or markings must be in place.

We will issue a refund using the same payment method as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we receive the items back. If you have not received your refund within 10 days, please contact us.
