2. These general terms and conditions apply when you place an order with us through the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Shop”).

3. By placing your order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, so please make sure you read and understand them before ordering.

4. Orders can only be placed by able-bodied individuals who have reached the age of 18, with a valid email address and delivery address. If you represent a legal entity, please contact us at the above contacts before placing an order.

PRICES AND DELIVERY COSTS

5. The prices displayed in the Online Store do not include delivery costs. When viewing the payment, the total price of the purchase, including the shipping fee and cash on delivery, will be displayed.

6. Delivery costs are displayed in the checkout overview where the available delivery options are presented, the delivery options available to you depending on your delivery address and the items ordered. Our standard delivery fee is according to the regulated prices of “Ekont” – the courier companies we use for making deliveries, including the payable fee for cash on delivery. If we are unable to deliver your order in one shipment and need to make more than one delivery, there will be no additional charges for subsequent deliveries. In this case, we will contact you to clarify the details.

7. Our online store may offer promotions, gifts and other offers. Such offers are valid only for the period specified in such offers and under the conditions directly related to them.

ORDERS

8. Here’s what you need to do if you want to order: select the items you want and add them to your cart using the “Add to cart” button. In the basket, you can review your order and remove any items you’ve changed your mind about before proceeding to checkout. When you place your order by clicking on the “Place order” button, you are making a binding offer to purchase the items in the basket. Depending on your chosen payment method, additional steps may be required to finalize your payment.

9. After placing the order, you will receive a delivery confirmation from us to the email you specified. Please note that an order placed does not constitute a binding contract until it has been approved and confirmed by us.

10. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know as soon as possible, but usually before we approve your order and send you the delivery confirmation. For example, this may happen if the item you ordered is faulty and we have no more of the same item in stock, or if we suspect that the items are being ordered commercially for resale.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

11. You can pay for your goods by cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods.

12. Upon receipt of the delivery, you will have the option to inspect and test the ordered items, and after the inspection and test, you have the right to return any or all products (courier costs are at your expense) or you can accept the ordered items and carry out the payment.

DELIVERY

When reviewing the payment, before placing your order, you will be informed about the available delivery options to the address you specified, as well as the expected delivery time after your order is approved (usually delivery time is within 1-3 days for domestic orders) and the price for each option. If we approve your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary information about the order and the selected delivery option.

It is IMPORTANT to comply with the specific requirements regarding the composition and material of each item and the mandatory instructions regarding the way of washing, ironing and storage, so that you can enjoy the quality and beauty of our products for as long as possible. They accompany the products on the site and by ordering an item, you agree that you have read them and are informed of these requirements.

RETURN

14. We would like to inform you that as our customers you have all the rights arising from the Consumer Protection Act and other valid and applicable civil legislation, and you have the right to return the purchased products within 14 days of delivery.

15. If you decide to return your entire order, we will refund you the full value of the order, with shipping costs remaining at your expense. If you choose to keep certain items and return only part of your order, shipping costs will not be refunded.

16. We will issue a refund using the same payment method as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we receive the items back. If you have not received your refund within 10 days, please contact us.

17. We will give you a full refund for any returned item, provided it is returned in the same condition it was received. If an item has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn in any way (other than being measured), the amount is non-refundable. Please also note that any labels or markings must be in place.

 DEFECTS

19. In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, all products must be free from defects, which means that they must comply with the contract of sale, be fit for purpose and function like any other product of the same type, as we declare, that we send exactly such products meeting all quality requirements.

20. Depending on the item, the relevant defect and your request, we will offer to refund the amount due for each item deemed to be defective.

21. If an item received by you is defective and you notice the defect within 30 days of receiving the item, please contact us at the above contacts.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

22. We make every effort to ensure that the information in our online store is accurate, complete and up-to-date.

23. We make every reasonable effort to adequately display our products, including their composition and colors. The color you see depends on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will display these colors accurately.

24. The sizes of an item presented on the site are according to generally accepted standards, and within 14 days of delivery, you can exchange the item for another size or another model by contacting us and returning it in the form in which It has been delivered to you.

25. If an event occurs that is beyond our control and we are unable to reasonably overcome or foresee it, so-called force majeure circumstances, we will no longer have an obligation to perform our contract with you. Such an event may include governmental action or inaction, new legislation, labor law conflict, war or threat of war, serious public disorder, sabotage, extreme weather, fire, explosion, pandemic, epidemic, virus and natural disasters .
